Kalimera
Inspired by the sun drenched mornings by the ocean on the Greek islands. Where fisherman would shout out “kali mera” or good morning as they sell fresh squid to the locals. Our Kalimera pita is filled with traditional Greek calamari, garlic aioli, fresh cos lettuce and tomato with a squeeze of lemon. All wrapped up in the fluffiest pita bread.
Apollo
Inspired by Apollo the son of Zeus and god of light, Apollo is our tribute to the flavours of Northern Greece. Filled with pork cooked over searing hot coals, tangy pickled cucumber, fresh tomato, baby cos lettuce and our house-made mustard mayo.
Cousin Nikki
Inspired by that cousin every Greek family has, who’s full of character and loves a bit of colour. Filled with lightly fried Zucchini falafel, roasted red peppers, fresh baby cos lettuce, tomato and finished with eggplant dip. Oh so delicious and vegan friendly too!
