Competition period:

The competition commences at 9am on 5 July 2024 and closes at 9am on 19 July 2024. All references to times are in Australian Eastern Standard (AEST) time.

The 100 prize winners will be chosen at random at 10am 19 July 2024 and contacted via the email they used to register.

How to enter:

There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary to enter or redeem prizes.

To enter the competition, Entrants must go to the competition website via the URL www.zsg.com.au/baulkham-hills-competition and follow the prompts to register their details including first name, last name, telephone number, email address, postcode and date of birth.

All Entrants who register their details will receive one entry in the draw to win one of the following prize:

– A Chicken, Lamb or Pork Tzimmy Pita Wrap valued at $15 from Zeus Street Greek Baulkham Hills only.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and an Australian resident to be eligible to enter this competition.

Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee or an immediate family member of the Promoter, Universal Studios or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies, or their related corporate bodies (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner, and provided with a unique website URL for the purpose of this competition through which the Entrant participates in this competition.

Prize Details:

The prizes must be taken as offered. The Prizes, or any unused portion of the Prizes, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. These Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in full, and may not be sold to any third party, unless otherwise specified.

Draw information:

The draw for the Baulkham Hills Competition prize will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 2-14 Mountain Street, Ultimo 2007 at 10am on 19 July 2024 via a random select electronic drawing process. The 100 Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw.

The 100x Chicken, Lamb or Pork Tzimmy Pita Wrap prize voucher must be redeemed by 30 August 2024. It will not be available for use after this date.

General provisions:

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing communication from Zeus Street Greek, which is owned and operated by Zeus Franchising Pty. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible, or incorrectly submitted entries.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.

The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winners, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Facebook, Tik Tok, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates, and each entrant or participant completely releases, to the full extent permitted by law, Facebook, Tik Tok, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates from all liability related to this competition. Participants and entrants should direct all questions and comments regarding this competition to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Tik Tok, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates.

Privacy:

The information on the entry form is being collected by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilization by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services via email. The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners will not disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities, affiliated suppliers or contracted third parties for their marketing purposes.

All Entrants give the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone, SMS text messaging or email for promotional purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter in writing. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available online or by contacting the Promoter in writing.
