It’s a date – Zeus Surry Hills to open Thursday 25 May!
Zeus Street Greek Surry Hills will be located at Shop 2/69-81 Foveaux Street in the heart of Surry Hills and add a Mediterranean offering to the ever-evolving food scene in the inner-city suburb. The opening marks the brands ninth store in Sydney and 14th tribute to modern Greek street food across Australia.
Zeus Surry Hills will be the perfect spot for a lunch time pita stop, evening dinner catch up or weekend feast with the family, combining modern Greek street food with the best of Australian produce in a relaxed contemporary environment. The design melds art deco inspired geometry and bold shapes with 3D finishes adding warmth and vibrancy to the space, countering the exposed brick work and raw stone finishes.
The menu offering includes The Uncle Tzimmy family of three featuring high-quality hero proteins of chicken, pork and lamb from the souvla cooked traditionally on long skewers over hot charcoal; wrapped in fluffy pita bread with tomato, tzatziki, onion, paprika and Zeus’ famous chips. Uncle Tzimmy will be joined by the full range of pitas from Zeus’ recently launched menu along with Spartan Boxes, the perfect al-desko lunch packs, a swag of sides, vibrant salads and sweets to create a feast of God like proportions.
To celebrate the new opening Zeus Surry Hills will be hosting an I LOVE FREE SOUVLA Community Lunch on Friday June 2, where free pitas will be served from 12-3pm with $2 from each donated to local charity partner, Weave Community & Youth Services. Weave supports children, young people, and families as they navigate through difficult circumstances and provide access to opportunities that help break the cycle of disadvantage and empower people to change their lives.

Friday 2 June – I LOVE FREE SOUVLA Community Lunch. Zeus Surry Hills will be sticking to tradition and serving up free pitas between 12-3pm, $2 from each pita will go to local charity partner Weave.
