Lettuce Dill Salad
Incredibly green and fresh. Our new lettuce dill salad is all about crisp and light summer flavours! David recommends pairing the salad with our new Apollo pita and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. “The freshness of the white wine works well with the pickled cucumber and mustard mayo in the pita, and the aromatic notes of the dill and mint compliments the smokiness of the spit-roasted pork”.
Zeus Slaw
Our new Zeus Slaw is covered in grated haloumi and crunchy corn! Mixed through with currants, fresh cabbage and garlic aioli for layers of texture and flavour. David recommends pairing the Zeus Slaw with some chicken from the spit and a good glass of red wine. “The spices of the red wine match the creamy, nutty textures of the Zeus Slaw”.
Greek Potato Salad
This traditional family recipe is an absolute Greek classic! Simple, fresh and loaded with flavour. David recommends going traditional with the potato salad and pairing it with lamb from the spit and a house red. “This will take you straight to the south of Greece with the fresh, hearty and comforting homemade flavours”.
