TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is ARKY Group Pty Ltd ABN/ACN 44 695 094 654, of Zeus Street Greek Marsden Park, 9 Hollingsworth Road Marsden Park HomeCo, Marsden Park NSW 2765 (“Promoter”).
2. Competition period
The competition commences at 10:00am AEDT on 15 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received after the Competition Period closes will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, employees of Zeus Street Greek, employees of agencies or contractors directly involved in the administration of the competition, and their immediate family members.
The Promoter may verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable identification or other information to confirm eligibility.
4. How to enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Competition Period:
a. sign up to the Zeus App and become a Zeus member;
b. make a purchase at Zeus Street Greek Marsden Park, NSW of at least $50 during the Competition Period; and
c. scan their Zeus loyalty card in the Zeus App at the point of sale when making the qualifying purchase.
Each qualifying purchase for which the entrant scans their Zeus loyalty card constitutes one entry.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry relates to a separate qualifying purchase made during the Competition Period.
There is no separate fee to enter the competition. Any purchase must be made at the Promoter’s normal retail price.
5. Invalid entries
An entry will be invalid if:
a. the entrant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
b. the entrant does not complete all required entry steps;
c. the purchase is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed;
d. the entry is received after the Competition Period; or
e. the entry is fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, duplicated or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may verify entries and may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has attempted to manipulate or circumvent the entry process.
6. Prize
The prize is:
One two-night stay at the Promoter’s Greek-inspired holiday home located in Catherine Hill Bay, NSW, for a maximum of 10 guests, valued at $2,400.
The prize includes two nights’ accommodation only.
The prize does not include travel to or from Catherine Hill Bay, meals, beverages, personal expenses, insurance, or any other costs not expressly stated as included.
The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed before 31st March 2027, excluding between 1st December 2026 and 31st January 2027 and public holidays.

Any costs associated with claiming or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Prize value
The total prize value is $2,400, based on the Promoter’s recommended retail value of the accommodation as at 2nd September 2026.
8. Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will be done by a random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
9. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details associated with their Zeus App membership within 2 business days of the draw.
The winner’s first name may also be published on the Zeus website or Zeus social pages.
10. Claiming the prize
The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
The redraw will be done by a random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter., and the redraw winner will be notified using the contact details associated with their Zeus App membership.
11. Redraw
If a redraw is required, the redraw will be conducted randomly from the remaining valid entries.
The redraw winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
12. No responsibility for technical issues
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction, communication network failure, website failure, mobile application failure or other technical problem that prevents an entrant from successfully entering the competition, except to the extent required by law.
13. Personal information
Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://zsg.redcatcloud.com.au/privacy_policy.
Personal information may be used for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.
Any separate consent to receive marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing laws and will not be a condition of entry unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or improper conduct in connection with the competition.
The Promoter will conduct the competition fairly and impartially.
The Promoter will comply with all applicable laws in conducting the competition.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Any dispute concerning the conduct of the competition or the claiming of a prize should initially be directed to the Promoter at:

The Promoter will consider the dispute and respond within a reasonable period.
