TERMS & CONDITIONS – WIN A GREEK FEAST

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Zeus Street Greek, Zeus Franchising Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).


2. Promotion Name

Win A Greek Feast (“Promotion”).


3. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 6 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 29 July 2026 (“Entry Period”).

Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.


4. Eligibility

Entry is open to all residents of Australia.

No age restriction applies.

Employees of the Promoter, its franchisees, associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.


5. Entry Method

Entry is available online only at: zeusstreetgreek.com.au/winagreekfeast

No purchase is required to enter.

To enter, participants must:

1. Complete the online nomination form in full; and
2. Provide details of both:
– The nominee (local hero), and
– The nominator; and
3. Submit a written nomination outlining why the nominee deserves to win a Greek Feast.

By submitting an entry, entrants confirm all information provided is true and correct.


6. Entry Limits

Multiple entries are permitted. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, provided each entry is substantially unique and nominates a different individual or a meaningfully distinct submission.


7. Game of Skill

This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winners.

All eligible entries will be individually judged based on merit in accordance with the judging criteria below.


8. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by representatives of the Promoter, which may include marketing representatives, restaurant managers, and franchise partners.

Entries will be assessed against the following weighted criteria:

– Community impact of nominee (30%) – demonstrated generosity, contribution, and positive influence within their community
– Quality of nomination (25%) – clarity, emotional impact, and detail provided
– Originality of submission (25%) – creativity and uniqueness of the story or nomination
– Alignment with campaign theme (20%) – reflection of philótimo, generosity, kindness, and hospitality

All judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.


9. Prizes

There will be one (1) winner per participating Zeus Street Greek restaurant location, excluding Accor and AAMI Park venues.

Each winner will receive:

– A Greek Feast valued at AUD $200, awarded as $200 Zeus Dollars credited to their Zeus Street Greek app account.


10. Prize Conditions

– Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
– Winners must have or create a valid Zeus Street Greek app account to receive the prize.
– Zeus Dollars will be issued as a digital credit within the Zeus app.
– Zeus Dollars are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the Zeus app terms.
– Any unused balance after the expiry period will be forfeited.


11. Winner Selection & Judging Date

Judging will take place between 30 July and 11 August 2026.

Winners will be announced by 12 August 2026.


12. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact details provided in their entry.

Both the nominator and nominee may be contacted.

Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification to claim their prize.


13. Prize Redemption & Verification

To redeem the prize:

1. The winner must register or log in to the Zeus Street Greek app; and
2. The Promoter will credit $200 Zeus Dollars to the winner’s app account.

Prior to prize fulfilment, the Promoter may require winners to provide:

– Proof of identity (e.g. driver licence, passport, or other acceptable identification); and/or
– Any additional verification reasonably required to validate eligibility.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.


14. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is not claimed within 30 days of initial notification, the Promoter may:

1. Select an alternative winner from eligible entries based on the same judging criteria; and
2. If the alternative prize remains unclaimed, the prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.


15. Publication of Winners

With the winner’s written consent (via email), the Promoter may publish:

– Winner and/or nominee names
– Their submitted story
– Images or media content

This may be used across marketing channels including social media, website, and email communications.


16. Promoter Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

– Verify the validity of entries and entrants
– Disqualify any entry deemed incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant
– Amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
– Make final determinations regarding winners and prize allocation


17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of:

– Participation in the Promotion
– Acceptance or use of the prize
– Technical issues, delays, or system failures affecting entry submission

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


18. Privacy & Data Collection

By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that personal information will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of:

– Conducting and administering the Promotion
– Contacting entrants regarding their entry or prize
– Verification of eligibility
– Marketing communications (only where separate consent is provided)

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy

Marketing opt-in is separate from entry requirements and will not affect eligibility to enter or win.

Entrants may access or request correction of their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


19. Trade Promotion Permits

As winners are selected via judging based on skill and merit (game of skill), no trade promotion permits are expected to be required in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, or ACT.

The Promoter should confirm final requirements with relevant state authorities prior to launch.


20. General

The Promoter’s decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
