🌶️Spicy Sambal-Tamarind Aioli
Nick’s signature sauce is as punchy as his serve on the tennis court! Inspired by his Greek and Malaysian roots, it is a vibrant heat of sambal and tang of tamarind from Malaysia. Mixed with creamy red pepper garlic aioli and aromatic herbs from Greece to create a luscious sauce you’ll want to drown in.

Crisp and vibrant, our cos lettuce adds a refreshing crunch to every bite. Carefully sourced for its freshness, it provides a crisp, clean base that balances the bold flavours of our other ingredients – a simple celebration of garden-fresh goodness.

Sourced from Northern Greece, Bukovo is a traditional crushed red pepper celebrated for its mildly spicy, smoky, and subtly sweet character. It’s taste of Greek heritage, adding warmth, depth, and a whisper of tradition to every dish.

Locally sourced from Golden Top, our pita bread is crafted by second-generation Greek bakers using time-honoured techniques. Soft, golden, and full of character, it reflects the warmth of Greek hospitality. GMO and Lactose-free.
