Spring delivered the goods – a tasty new Zeus Street Greek menu.

April saw the launch of an awesome new Zeus menu. This year’s additions were put together to keep things fresh and exciting for our Zeus family of diners whilst meeting the standard of the ‘God of Gods’.

Peter Augoustis, Head of Product Development aka Zeus Chief Taste Maker, notes the new menu evolution utilises the same time-honoured methods and family recipes to make real food, with integrity, taste and freshness.

“at Zeus Street Greek we’re always striving to grow and give our guests an offering that takes humble, simple, and great street food to the next level – marrying the old with the new.

We added 10 new items to the menu across sides, salads, dips, pitas and sweets as well as feasting options.

To kick things off, feta filo fingers – feta wrapped in filo pastry and drizzled with honey and sesame; beetroot hummus – classic hummus infused with roasted beetroot, and the classic Saganaki salad – cos, radish, chickpea, kefalograviera wafers dressed with tahini.

Then onto the souvla and pita action where we introduced The Athenian and Purple Greek. The Athenian combines Wagyu beef kefta, tzatziki, piccalilli mustard, chips and parsley. The Purple Greek brings together our signature lamb with beetroot hummus, onion, chips and parsley. Both wrapped in a warm, toasted pita.

At Zeus, we believe some of the best moments in life are shared. One way we’re making this happen is our Feast for Two menu option. It’s easy, simply choose nude + a salad + a side + a friend to share it with. It really is a win, win.

We didn’t stop there, and we made sure we covered our sweet bases by giving the traditional Loukoumades, Greek doughnuts, a salted caramel twist – Salted Caramel Loukoumades with crushed Metaxa toffee praline and a pinch of pink salt flakes. Sweet dreams are definitely made of these.

We look forward to our guests, new and old, getting familiar with the new menu and sharing the Philosophy of Food with us.”
